WHY YOU SHOULD VISIT TALL TREES ABERFOYLE
Increase Energy
You'll always feel better after spending an hour moving with Pilates. You'll feel invigorated. Mindful movement not only produces feel good hormones, but as you see and feel the improvements that occur with practice, you'll move more efficiently, feel stronger and more mobile. Feel your energy levels soar and breathe easy.
Improve Awareness
Joseph Pilates was adamant that Pilates, or 'Contrology' as he called it, was about "the complete coordination of body, mind, and spirit." This is one of the secrets of Pilates exercise: we practice each movement with total attention. When we exercise in this way, the body and mind unite to bring forth the most benefit possible from each exercise.
Reduce Stress
Mindful movement is like a form of meditation. You are focusing on yourself, your breath and your body. By experiencing new movement patterns, your nervous system wakes up, the brain becomes more robust in dealing with stress which is turn is beneficial for our immune system, our heart and our minds. Come and de-stress in Linda's classes.
