Get your moves on with Linda via the ether. Linda's Pilates classes are fun, relaxing and challenging. Feel stretched and gain strength from your living room! It really keeps the mindset more positive too, which is needed even more so during these challenging times.
Classes cost £10 to drop in, or £8 when bought in a 6 week block (£48). Linda offers a buy-one-get-one-half-price for those who come twice a week (£72). Yes, they are that good that people attend twice a week! Contact me to gain access to the Zoom links or to book you place.
