Jenny teaches Yoga and Mindfulness every Wednesday at 10am - 11.30am. It's a relaxing class suitable for all levels. Join Jenny for breath work and meditation which are known for their positive benefit on mental health. When we relax the nerves through slow breathing we can also relax the emotions, calming anxiety, fear and anger.
