Linda has done extensive research in the field of biomechanics, has explored how the brain and body are connected, how our emotions influence our pain.  She applies this knowledge learned from experts in the field to her patients and clients to re-educate their movement patterns, to help them move differently, to explore their movement potential, to help them feel better.

Linda wouldn't be the practitioner she is without the knowledge of JEMS®, a wonderful multi-systems approach to help anyone, any age of any function to move more and with ease. With this knowledge and experience, Linda can assess you to get to the root cause of your problem. It doesn't have to be because you're in pain though, Linda can help your sporting or hobby performance too, by teaching you to move differently.

Linda uses her knowledge as a Pilates teacher and more recently her movement know-how via Slings Essentials at Art of Motion Academy, to devise a movement program fit to rehabilitate individually you.
