JEMS® is a wonderful multi-systems approach which has been created by the best physiotherapists in the world. Linda is a proud JEMS® practitioner and she gets the best results with her patients and clients because of this knowledge.

Linda's also learnt some really useful skills from Art of Motion Slings Essentials. This modality is fascia focused and includes self-treatment tools.

Linda has done extensive research in the field of biomechanics, has explored how the brain and body are connected and understands how our emotions influence our pain. 

She will support you in exploring different movement patterns; to discover your movement ability.

It doesn't matter your age or functional ability, there's always something that can be learned to help you move more and live in ease.

With her extensive experience, Linda can assess you to get to the root cause of your problem. It doesn't have to be because you're in pain though, Linda can help your sporting or hobby performance, too.
